    OK.

    We'll agree to differ.

I had Pov winning 1,2,3 and 5 and I gave 4 and 6 to AJ.

I wouldn't argue 3 very much either way.

So 4-2 for Pov, or 3-3.

But, since AJ got the stoppage, the scorecards don't matter that much.

Povetkin was 4-2 in rounds but was getting desperate and not feinting to get in like he was earlier in the fight.

In the 6th and 7th he was leaping in with wild shots and not showing the guile he showed when he was on top.

AJ proves again that he is a world class puncher and finisher. However he does have boxing weaknesses, the cracks have been papered over by the power and finishing skills.

I had it 3 Povetkin, 2 Joshua, 1 even. But Joshua was in the clear ascendency IMO. If it would’ve went on there’s no doubt Joshua was coming on strong and would’ve took it on points.

I'm not sure he was in ascendency but he was beginning to have more success. He was getting off with the jab more to stop Povetkin's rushes, he was using more movement and staying off the line better when in the early rounds he just plonked himself right in front of Povetkin. He was beginning to assert some kind of offense because prior to that he was just reacting to Povetkin and Povetkin was the one dictating the fight.

But Joshua again turned the tables on his opponent, he did it vs Whyte, Wlad and now Povetkin. Wasn't just blind luck either he set up that right hand beautifully with the jab to the body.

Joshua clearly still has a lot to work on. He made a lot of mistakes in this fight, but luckily he seems to have a good chin, he ate a lot of flush shots from Povetkin and while rattled never looked really hurt.

Povetkin was up on the cards but it's irrelevant, he got punched to the floor and lost.

How is this a discussion? Povetkin was clearly up on the cards. Delusional Joshua fans.

Couple of rounds could’ve been 10 10 but povetlin only won 2 and 5.
