who was winning rd 1 of solis/vitali up to the 2 min 45 mark???? i think solis was winning?????I WANNA SEE A REMATCH:smoke
who cares solis is a disgrace , i could name countless fights where the champion lost the first round
Vitali by far, solis landed some but he was very uncomfortable, compared to vitali who was totally in control and relaxed and landing what he wanted and blocking most of the counters
^^You're a ****** in every aspect of the word. Dude the first round don't mean **** of what happen later on. Gomez and Sanders also won the first round over Vitali but after that Vitali destroys both of them like they were a bunch of bums. Solis would have been the same fate as Gomez (another cuban) and Sanders. Sanders actually did way better then those 2 cubans in the 1st round cause he actually hurt Vitali and he did that vs a prime Vitali.
Until the knockdown I had it a draw round. Solis had 1-2 more hands in but Vitali was in control of the fight and the ring also he was the agressor.
Vitali, but not by much before the knockdown. would have given it to him on aggression. If it would have gone 12 that probably would have been solis' best round.
i thought vitali was losing the round up to the knock down, but no way was a domination, but i thought solis looked good, very fast, but towards the end of the round vitali was landing his hooks. I was not in fear of vitali losing, the brothers usally take few rounds before the domination takes over. I wouldn't cry about a rematch, but the punch is what caused it, it landed on solis temple, an he lost his footing an an broke his leg. Look how he was moving around in round 1, there was nothing wrong with his leg, not till vitali broke it:bbb
That's what they're writing up in the US hate-media, but Solis was most certainly not winning anything. He was fighting scared and flailing away in the first half of the first round and Vitali was stalking him, and Vitali then caught him. If you listen to the idiots posting this crap and didn't know any better you'd think that Solis was kicking ass and Vitali just got lucky.
Vitali is so great that when a guy is not being totally dominated by him yet still losing people think he is doing great. Old Vitali was winning the round before the brutal KO.
Solis was so far ahead on points that Vitali needed the KO to win the fight. In all seriousness though, no. Vitali won the round. He landed the only meaningful punches. Then he won by TKO.
