    Leonard won the fight.

Hearns is the one that was screwed in the Leonard rematch.

Hearns without a doubt. I have always liked fighters who are freakishly tall for their weight division because they have the dedication to be able to make the lower weight and they can keep smaller guys at range and pepper them. Hearns threw some of the most beautiful jab cross combos i have ever seen. The punch he hit Duran with was an absolute peach and probably my favourite KO of all time. The thing with Hearns was he was always one punch away from a knock out or getting knocked out and that makes an exciting fighter, Julian Jackson was similar and i loved watching him.
Hearns was an excitement machine and never in a dull brawl, his style, physical abilities and attitude make him the stand out IMO.
Hagler vs Hearns says it all really.

Yeah I think Hearns won the rematch but he got TKO. in round 14 in the first fight so they were even! Right?

hagler was skilled, strong, deceptively fast and always in great condition, loved to bang, could box, and had the mentality of a warrior. he came up the hard way in the streets and in the ring, and retired on his own terms. he's my favorite by a long shot. props to the man who coined WAR, the marvelous one, marvin hagler.

Floyd would be a great match with Leonard/Hearns/Duran. THey could all beat each other on a good night.

    Still. Leonards my man.

Floyd may have a chance against Duran, but i would still make him a clear favourite..
Leonard and Hearns beats him no doubt.. Especially Hearns.

    We'll agree to disagree

I think people on ESB are overhyping the fab 4 too much. :verysad. I look at it objectively, comparing the skillset between Floyd/Fab4. Floyd definitely does not lose out in boxing ability. Size yes but boxing ability no.

Imo Floyd is a better boxer than Leonard/Duran

Hearns is a bit tricky because Hearns has never been seriously outboxed. He smashed technical boxers.

But Floyds also different, he's a different beast.

That's why it's so hard to determine who would beat who.

Floyd always finds a way to get the job done. That's his strength. He adapts to his opponents. His mental game is crazy.

I see your points i could see Floyd beating Duran, but i still think that Duran would beat him..
Leonard is a big welterweight with blazing speed, good power and tremendous skills both offensive and defensive, Leonard is probably the most complete fighter in the last 30 years..
Hearns is just a nightmare for Floyd, he is 6"1" with an insane reach and is one of the best offensive fighters in the history of the sport. Also everyone who beat Hearns walked him down and got to his chin, which i don't think that Floyd can do.
