    There have probably been some beyond terrible ones at 115 and south.

    Bottom line is Stiverne used to hold that very belt he was mandatory for. In a way, that disqualifies him from this conversation. And there have been mandatories that would have never beaten a fighter of even the faded Arreola's quality.

    all of felix sturm's mandatories
    makes you wonder what sort of deal gets done under the table when a '4 time world champion' *cough cough*, who gets a lucrative contract with german TV so long as he has a strap, never gets matched up with a world class MW in his entire career

    Only name on his resume is Ryan Rhodes(who himself had not yet beaten anyone of note).
