The vast majority of ATG's are offensive fighters. So this question isn't that much different than asking who were the greatest fighters period.

His left uppercut was also excellent. But yes, his defense and stamina were bad. If he had Klitschkos/Lewis/Holyfield level of dedication he might have had a really great career.

Pac has to be in there. Volume, speed, power that he took with him through the weight, killer combinations and one shot stopping power in the left hand. If Floyd was the defensive genius of this generation then Pac may just been the offensive one, just look at the destruction against Maragrito - Out sized and should have been overpowered but absolutely ruined Antonito - banged him with every shot in the book body to heady round after round.

Heans had a killer left hook, quick but heavy jab he could paint you with , huge straight right - hard to look past him. Carried his power through the weights was still knocking over decent fighters long past his best.

Strangely and people might disagree with this - How about Calzaghe?
Akward shots, from odd angles and his high output handcuffed plenty of fighters and they carried some sting in his younger days. His offensive output was his defense in my view.

Nigel Benn - Vicious booming hooks of his rolling crouching style everyone designed to depart you from your sense. Must have been a nightmare to be in the ring with

Think of it this way ...there are fighters who were greater than Tommy Hearns ...but not many who were better on offense

I got Floyd Joy Mayweather, Sinclair when he turns it up. Look what he did to Pacquiao in their fight, damn near had him out in r1 and gave him a beating the entire fight.

    Vs Gatti etc.

Lets talk about what he did in the ring. Keep it true to the thread. He was a POS human being but the black rooster with 13 kos wouldnt make it out of the 1st round man..

The Fab 4 basically. Each of them knows how to switch it up and switch it up good to offense if they want to.
    Tyson.
    Frazier.
Perhaps a weird mention but Inoue is a darn great offensive machine.
Pac with his unorthodox style is a once in a lifetime kind of fighter too.
