    Just read a comment on a thread where someone said Collins could have taken Tommy Hearns best shots, I disagree and don`t think Eubank hit as hard as Hearns or that Benn caught Collins with the same power he caught Barkley with when stopping him at middle, did anyone hit harder than Hearns at middle and would fans include Benn or Eubank in a top 10 list of middleweight power punchers OAT? Who were the hardest hitting boxers at 160 including active fighters?

    Benn would make the top 10... not Eubank.

    I'll take a stab at it. This would be my top 10 biggest middleweight punchers of the MODERN ERA. The list is in no order.

    Jackson
    G-Man
    Hearns
    Robinson
    Valdez
    Florentino Fernandez
    Benn
    Briscoe
    Sibson
    Hurricane Carter

    I might drop off Briscoe,Benn, Sibson and Carter and substitute
    Freddie Steele,Al Hostak,Stanley Ketchel .and Eduardo Lausse?

    Fitzsimmons I can definitely see .Barkley doesn't belong anywhere near this list though,imo.

    Good point, probably should just bump Monzon to 10, or maybe add someone like Fernandez or GGG

    McClellan was the biggest hitter. Benn, Jackson and Jones Jr are next. Don Lee is up there, Lindell Holmes too.

    Except Sibson etc.

    Sanderline survived everyone. It was more the manner of the Lindell kayo's- taking men clean off their feet, out of the ring or flying through the air

    The shot he KO`d Hearns with was awesome though, he had true one punch power.
