I feel Hearns hit a hard as any welter in history, but who are the other 9 that should be added to this list?

Hearns, Robinson, Cuevas, and Trinidad are the top 4 IMO.

Not sure who I'd place at 5.

Forgot about Colin Jones. He deserves mention.

JL Lopez is somewhere in the top 10.

Good list. Napoles or maybe Simon Brown at the 5 spot.

Napoles was more of a sharp shooter than a devastating KO artist. He had power, but he scored stoppages off of being so deadly accurate and so offensively brilliant.

Brown maybe. Simon had a truly lethal left hook.

#1 Cuevas maybe a little controversial, but Cuevas left hook broke ribs,Jaws, eye sockets, etc . I wouldn't have a problem with anyone saying Hearns but Cuevas was slightly better punch for punch in my opinion.
    #2Hearns of course.
#3 R Robinson, if he was capable of laying out flat some good fighters at Middleweight. Scary at welterweight.
#4 Trinidad Power in every shot
#5 R. Leonard, as usual didn't get the respect he deserved for his power, but he could bang.
    #6 D.Curry
    #7 J.Napoles
    #8 Deloyhoya
    #9 S.Brown
#10 Mayorga believe it or not.

No one's mentioned Lloyd Honeyghan yet. For a couple of years he was just destroying people. The one-punch knockout of Gianfranco Rosi (who was a natural 154-pounder) was particularly brutal.

Here's a trip .. Sam Langford fought at welter .. Cerden was really a blown up welter .. Walker could really crack at 147 too .. Yuri Boy Campas was a monster as well .. so was Vernon Forrest.
