Posts like this make me wonder why ESB don't have an entry requirement for this forum to keep ******s like you out.

I honestly never in my wildest dreams thought I'd hear someone make a case for Cotto having a more impressive resume than Marco Antonio Barrera. Did you see how he dismissed the Morales win as close victories, and Hamed as being an overrated peice of ****, but was then stupid enough to talk up Corley, Judah, and Bailey.

I should maybe have Castillo 9th and Calzaghe 10th though, can't make up my mind. As I scored the first Castillo-Mayweather fight for JLC, I should probably have him higher than Joe C. But Calzaghe does have factors in his favour in that debate as well. Tricky.

Where did I say he was a great fighter? I said he was certainly a worthy challenger.

Like I said, Corley was no better than an Enrique Sanchez, a former champion who had beaten Marco in the amateurs. Barrera didn't just beat him, he took him apart, and displayed a level of skill and ring craft missing in Cotto's game.

The biggest cockaroach has come out of the woodwork. Again just like before your taking my comments out of text. I never ranked him higher on a P4P basis, just listed him as in my top five for the decade. I dont think thats out of the stratosphere of being logical, considering the challenges he took on as 40-47 pound fighter.

Thats not what I asked you. I didnt say he was great like you misquoted me as saying. I also said he was more than worthy of being ranked as a formidable challenger and proved it in his biggest fights.

...And...like I said...if you're going to list Corley and Judah, I'll list Sanchez and Tapia, the latter who may not have been a natural 126lbs fighter and a bit past it, but had more heart and determination than any version of Judah that ever existed. Cotto has a good resume, but you're suggesting he's better than Marco Antonio Barrera. Marco's best win prior to 2000 was Mckinney, he established himself as an all-timer during the 2000-2004 period.

The problem with your debate here Lefthook, aside from it being stupid as ****, is that your throwing out all of these names on Cotto's record and then just saying "Hamed was overrated", "The morales fights were close". You have an agenda.

    If I'm a "cockaroach" then you're a "dickahead".

Your comments were not taken out of context at all so stop crying. Your comment that Cotto ranks higher than Barrera p4p in this decade is appalling, that's why so many Classic posters have had a dump on your stupidity in this thread, not just me. You're dire.

Let me ask you, since I could really careless what Popkins and Addie say, there only agenda is to try and make me look bad. Is it out of the realm of reality to include Cotto given the challenges hes faced and in the succession he faced them? He beat some pretty tough up and coming challengers and former champs, right in the mix of things. He didnt have too many soft touches since 2002.
