I'm doubting that there will be a rematch with Kovalev and I also think that Ward won't fight Stevenson.

So who will Andre Ward most likely fight next?

    Ward Barrera 2 maybe?

    Your thoughts?

If he doesn't rematch Kovalev immediately I don't care.

Theres a rematch clause. He could have a fight in between but that would be the point? He will definitely fight Kovalev next and hopefully by then Stevensen will have grown a pair and will call ward out and ward will then kick his ass.

    My official prediction.

Ward's next fight is on Sept 14th 2019. Against Luke Blackledge. In Oakland.

I didn't see the fight so I have no opinion about the outcome. However, I'd like to see
Ward fight Stevenson with the winner fighting Kovalev. Then we'd have a truly unified
    LHW champ.

If Ward beats the Pimp, then that's the rematch for all the belts.

If the Pimp beats Ward, then Kovalev fights the Pimp and then can have a rematch
with Ward whether or not Krusher beats the Pimp.

I'd imagine that most fans(hardcore, casual or otherwise) would only accept an immediate rematch with Kovalev, then Stevenson(in that order). Once those 2 are out of the way, there will be little left to prove...as he would have cleaned out not one, but two divisions. I suppose Ramirez and Degale could fight, with the winner moving up for S.O.G., but that would be more of the same IMO. Would he be willing to step up to CW for one last fight, then retire? Hmmm...

I seriously don't think so, apparently he has to fight Kovalev anyway. if he did fight a CW I guess Bellew would be his best bet, he isn't beating Usyk or Lebedev ...

It must be Kovalev and Ward knows it. It won't be immediate because Ward wants time to soak up the victory. However Kathy Duva and Kov wants it as soon as they can get it. They will push for that and that is what will cause the delay because Ward and Hunter are hardheaded and don't like to be dictated to.
