Who will be Andre Son of God Ward's next opponent? Will he stay at LHW or move to CW?

Bellew. His brain dead fanboys will then act like it's the greatest win ever when he shuts him out en route to a late stoppage.

No doubt about it! Notice none of THEM ever talk about Ward facing Gvozdyk or Beterbiev?

Honestly, I don't blame Ward for fighting Bellew nor is it a terrible fight(not great but certainly not bad). But it's laughable how his fanboys try to claim that he's "daring to be great" or that Bellew is an incredibly dangerous fight - get real.. Ward is chasing this fight because the reward(by far) outweighs the risk. He wouldn't draw flies to **** against those two, but they would be far better fights than Bellew.. Some fanboys just can't be honest.

I heard Golota was coming from retirement immediately as he realised that low blows are legal in Las Vegas. He will fight Ward for the WBA Eggcracker Championship of the World (ECW)
Tony Weeks will take care that both of them dont produce more descendents

For sure I actually like him n Bellew but out of the murders row that is the cruiser weight division Bellew would be a cherry pick and like you say fair enough but let's not pretend otherwise

Stevenson is probably the best payday for Ward at LHW, and a really good fight.

Exactly. If Ward was "daring to be great" he'd want Usyk, Breidis or Gassiev. With Bellew it's the perfect balance of risk/reward.. as he's pretty much out of big money options at LHW and moving up in weight is the most pragmatic move if he wants to pursue that $$$. I don't blame him.. It's a fun spectacle, competitive enough not to be a farce.. But some of his fanboys need to get back to earth as far as it's actual significance is concerned.

Doesn't look like he wants to waste time with The Pimps shenanigans.

Bellew at CW is a dangerous fight for any LHW.

Depends on how far you stretch the definition of "risk"

Not really up to speed with the state of negotiations on that fight, but Bellew not a bad second option imo.

I never took Bellew seriously until he beat Makabu, who I thought he had no chance against. He's big at the weight and he can punch, don't think he's an easy nights work for anyone moving up from 175.

    Gvozdyk is a savage.

not a bad headline either "The Nail versus The Nutcracker"

my understanding is that Artur Bieterbiev vs Enrico Koelling is signed and set for 31 Oct; the winner becomes Ward's IBF mando.

i think either man is too much for Ward, but personally i would love to see Ward bring his dirty inside game to fight Bieterbiev, which would be like a gift for the latter, at least for as long as it lasts.

Yeah Bellew has proven many of us "wrong" with his upset wins... But that fight still has to be taken into context. Makabu is actually a notoriously slow starter(that was one of his better ones) and is also defensively open which is why Bellew was able to land his big wild shots. He won't do that against an elite defensive and master boxer like Ward... Hell, he wasn't even able to do it in the rematch against Clev... If you think this is a risk - what do you think the odds will be like? Because I can almost assure you that Ward will open as and remain a significant favorite.

I'd like to see him beat up Stevenson. It's probably too early for Benavidez, but on the other hand it could be like Canelo losing to FMjr early on; taught him some lessons and didn't really hurt his career any. At this point, Ward has nothing to prove as far as I'm concerned. Just happy to see him in the ring.
