Simon Kean does need to step up...his career is going nowhere at the moment and he's 33 1/2 already.

With his upset of Christian Thun last night, I think Curtis Harper stands a good chance of being named Kean's September 9th opponent.

Part of the problem is that Kean's promoter - "Eye of the Tiger" - simply can't bankroll big fights. If they are involved in a big fight, it's only because one of the major promotion outfits is interested in one of their fighters and is obligated to execute a "co-promotion" contract.

So the pool of available opponents for Kean is fairly-limited.

I'd like to see him fighting Chris Arreola, and finally his hype will end.

Yes. He's the epitome of high-risk/low-reward. He needs a promotional outfit with serious firepower behind him to fix the denominator of that fraction and it seems all those outfits would rather protect the existing investments they have made...

You can't seriously think Arreola would win?

I wish his shitty promoters would just realize Simon Kean is going nowhere and feed Kean to Makhmudov. Should be easy to set up..

Makhmudov is waiting to be knocked out, static and stiff. The first boxer with average movement and decent power he fights will knock him out. That's why I chose Arreola.

Makhmudov vs. Hrgovic, it would be a brutal fight between two big heavyweights, lets make it happen...

Or maybe another Deontay Wilder opponent, Dustin Nichols.

Anybody with half a brain knows Makhmudov would make short work of Arreola.

Are you Chris Arreola??? No other explanation for your viewpoint unless you are a relative or a rabid, insane fan.
