Wilder will reign supreme until 2023, and there will be a huge void left on the HW division after his retirement. By 2029 HW boxing will have returned to the United States and the current Eastern Euro stranglehold will be a thing of the past, partly due to Wilder's destruction of such EE hopefuls like Usyk and Hrgovic before his retirement in 2023
How tf is Tank even mentioned here??? Edit :My bad, didn't see it was 2020s But then: how tf are Pac and Mayweather on this list?
Mayweather has already retired before the 2020's even began. Pacqiauo will retire soon (hopefully). Alvarez, won't get deep into the 2020's. Couple of busts here and there. Wilder won't make it far enough into the 2020's, lacks the skill. Crawford might get deep into the 2020's... 2027 maybe. Possible Lomachenko, also possible but unlikely imo. Davis, has the age, lacks the skill. Joshua, might even retire before the decade even starts if he loses again. Fury, greatest WWE fighter of the decade maybe... boxing? NOPE Usyk, wear and tear probably catches up to him soon. Others... INOUE AND HANEY have a shot. edit: The number of Mayweather and Pacqiauo votes baffles me! HOW?
The same Shakur who gets in to fights with groups of girls and sucker punches people over and over again while they are on the ground? That Shakur?
IMO - if they have been caught abusing PED's this decade then they aren't in this conversation. Usyk, Loma, Crawford, or Pac(even though i'd bet everything on the fact that he HEAVILY abused PED's since Morales II - and up)
Do you understand how years and decades work? Obviously not. Was there a year "0"? No. I get how some people get confused on this, but it's not that difficult to understand. Did you believe the year 2000 was the BEGINNING of a new millennium over 2001? No year 0... so 001AD-0010, 0011-0020, 0021-0030... that's how it works. If you need to continue that to reach 2020, you'll see.
Bold prediction. I think Munguia will get starched soon.. Maybe you're right though. He's strong as an ox
He's just a bit raw at this stage of his career. Other one's I feel will have big decades are Daniel Dubois and David Benavidez (if he stays out of trouble).
If you're referring to 2020-2029 - probably no one on that list. Tank would have the best chance since he's the youngest. If you mean this decade thats about to pass. It's easily between Pac and Mayweather again and not even close. Alvarez gets closest but not close enough. Pac: clottey margarito mosley JMM Bradley x2 Rios Algieri Vargas Mattheysse Broner Thurman 2 fair losses to JMM and Mayweather. 2 robberies vs. Horn and Bradley. Mayweather: Mosley Ortiz Cotto Guerrero Alvarez Maidana x2 Pacquiao Berto mma guy and kickboxer That's very stacked! I mean Floyd has Pac and Alvarez ffs, two #p4p 1s although Alvarez is debatable.
Probably Devin Haney. Ryan Garcia doesn't really impress me, he'll no doubt win a strap but get knocked out sometime in the next half decade.
Oleksandr Khzyniak should be on the list - the P4P number 1 in the amateurs who will turn pro after the Olympics next year and is made for the pros!
