Who will be more surprized on their opponent skills:

PBF on Cotto's speed and power...or Cotto on PBF speed and power...

    What you guys think....

I don't think either guy will be surprised, they are both elite fighters. But if I HAVE to chose I would say PBF might end up surprised with Cotto's speed and power. Other opponents have claimed that his hands are faster than they thought (the jab anyways) and I think he will be the strongest guy Floyd has ever faced, with determination that cannot be surpassed either. But we all know PBF never underestimates an opponent so this could be a stretch...

:good ...I agree..but you never know.....It is hard to understand an opponent until he is standing in the front of you trying to beat your brains out:good

    Neither will be surprised.

If anything, Cotto might be surprised Floyd isn't as easy to hit as him and Evangalista thought.

I think both will come in fully prepared, but neither has fought somebody with the same styles and attributes. Both may be a little surprised/uncomfortable early on, but it's who can make adjustments and who can be most effective as the fight progresses.

Neither boxer will be surprised of their opponent's skills. They'll both do their homework prior to the match.

I think that no matter how much preparation one can do for a fight there is little to no way anyone can know exactly what their opponent has to offer until they are actually in the ring with each other, whether it be more or less. Saying that, I think that both fighters will be suprised with the other. Mayweather will probably be surprised by Cotto's underrated speed and relentless. Cotto by Mayweather's handspeed, definately, and his elusivness.

Floyd would be surprised by Cottos god timing..And good jab..But Cotto does not double up on the jab that well b/c he throws a power jab. If he doubled up on it he would be a complete monster.

That was my only concern for floyd losing this one was by cottos great jab. Then I realized how much cotto sits on it and how he throws all of his punches with power..He has great speed but nothing Floyd cant avoid. The main threat is the str8 right hand by Cotto. This would just be a hell of a fight with two evenly matched guys. Cotto's offense is insane. Floyd all around is insane. Good fight.

how he throw all of his punches with power and takes that long ass step forward to throw every punch..that will be timed and countered to death

I don't see Floyd losing this fight. Cotto was almost defeated a few times in his career and Floyd's team will do their research.

Cotto has only gotten better since certain knockdowns or poor showings imo
