As far as being remembered floyd has been apart of some of the biggest boxing events in its history. Floyd will be remembered praised & overrated by his fans & this generation. B hop is considered greater but only by hard core fans & pundits that actually know the history of boxing. Floyd will be remembered as greater because of the money, fame, undefeated record & his fans will overrate him & floyd has way more fans than b hop. Personally b hop is far more greater than Floyd.

So many poster's have serious issues with Mayweather. I honsetly did not realize it's extent. I guess you do get back what you give out in life , at least in this instance.

Mayweather has had the better career... B-Hop has my respect more due to the longevity compared to some of the way he has behaved in his career.... two top notch great fighters who I always rooted against in most of their fights..

I can guarantee that when both have retired, about 10 years after that and people look back on it Floyd will be held in a higher regard than Hopkins. Just because he is unpopular now with some fans he will be undervalued.
