Joshua has dynamite in his fists. As someone said with him its hard to predict because he can knock anyone out but his big flaw will always be there. He physically shuts down for too long when hurt. His recoveries incredible but it takes too long to recover. I m going for an unfancied one but i think dillon whyte has still got a say in it. Hes not been in great form since joshua...but i still think his skillset could be the one to do it.

Wilders got a chance but you,d fancy joshua to get to him first...he looks a bit too fragile for it but hes got the skillset. If he hurts joshua he,d finish him.

I dont fancy ortiz against him...too static. Takes shots to land his own. Not a good idea with joshua. Rate ortiz highly tho. Just dont fancy him against joshua.

Parker will cause problems but think he,d get manhandled a bit.

Klitchko rematch...you,d have to believe joshua would get him again at this stage.

Fury. Great fight. Best heavyweight in the world for me...but i think joshuas gets through eventually at this stage.

I think the guy that breazeale beat recently would cause him problems. As mad as that sounds. Someone that can hurt you with one punch...will cause joshua problems. The boxers might struggle to keep him off for the full twelve.

Agree with almost all of that but Whyte would 100% lose imo. He aint bad but hasnt got the skill or style to win against AJ

Joshua will be the first guy to beat Joshua because he's gone down the road of being a 'wrecking ball' fighter and they always come unstuck eventually when they push their luck once too often and get careless. In attempting to demolish all in front of him, he will end up beating himself by taking one risk too many.

In fact, with this in mind, I also doubt his longevity. It's the more cautious and rounded fighters who tend to last the longest. But while he's around we're gonna get some truly exciting HW title fights to enjoy.

The reason i m going for whyte...who i dont rate that highly btw. Is he keeps coming. He can take a fair beating as well. Hes game. Half decent puncher. But i dont think it,ll take the biggest puncher in the world to get joshua out of there. Its all about getting him hurt that first time...klitchko gave him a little bit too much respect or he was just a bit too old to finish it but whyte or wilder will jump on him.

You ve got to remember he wasnt that far away from doing it the first time. He went in for the kill after hurting joshua but his shoulder buckled. Sure you see it in the replay. His engines not that bad either. He tires but he can still fight tired. He recovers quite well from being hurt. He d need to come back from being hurt...but i have a sneaky feeling hes still got a part to play in the joshua story.

I picked Fury but only on the proviso that he's able to get back to his best after his time away from the ring.

Of the current crop of guys I'd say Parker has the best shot, given his youth, speed and aggressive punching, though it's a fight I'd favour Joshua to win.

I think Wilder has a significant chance of bouncing a windmill off Joshua's temple and taking him out. He looks open to it with his upright posture.

I think Wladimir has a good chance in rematch.
I think Haye is too past it now, his speed and reflexes which is what made Haye have declined to much.
I think Tyson Fury would definitely outbox Joshua.
I think Povetkin has a very good chance.
Parker looks like he has to make big imprints to cause Joshua any problems.
I think Joshua is levels above Wilder, and would stop in early.

I just feel that AJ is a better and more experienced fighter than their 1st fight. I rate whyte higher than most on here. I consider whyte a top15 fighter maybe top10 in the world but i feel like AJ would beat whyte by ko around the mid rounds

Fair enough mate. Dont get me wrong joshua would definetely be favourite going in. Just feel its gonna take a fighter like that...that will do it. I think joshuas open for an upset. Your right joshua was terrible in that first fight. But one thing he didnt like was the pressure whyte was putting on him. He fought on the front foot. Klitchko fought on the front foot...joshua struggled with it. Most joshua opponents have fought on the back foot. Whyte wont...thats why i think he could cause him problems a second time.

Agree with your post but Joshua/Klitschko 2 is 50/50. Wlad was seconds away from winning, it was a knife-edge fight and neither showed they were better than the other overall.

Yeah. Klitchko was actually winning that fight contrary to the scorecards for me. You,d struggle to find a round joshua actually won from the third barring the 10-8 round. Was nothing in the first 2 rounds. Joshua actually shut down for a lot of the fight from the third to the fifth after getting hurt in the 3rd. Then from the sixth up till just before the knock out barring a few decent flurrys he didnt actually do that much if you watch it back after being hurt in the 6th i think it was. Klitchkos was pushing the fight. Still a decent fight. But at the stage its another 6 or 7 months away for a 41 year old. Plus joshua pretty much showed himself how to beat him...just push on. It ll come. Klitchko couldnt handle him when he went forward. Its just that he didnt go forward much. Still got to favour him in a rematch he starts from a mentally better place than klitchko would. Not often do guys reverse knockouts...in rematches just think its even harder for a guy thats about to turn 42. But fair enough it is silly to write him off completely. I d pay for it again anyway.

Although klitchko should retire...hes proven himself last nite once and for all. He can retire happy with that performance at 41 for me.

    Good post.

Wlad at the very worst is at least the 3rd best HW in the world now, and not a lot really separates him, AJ, Fury IMO. If he wants to put himself through it again I'll happily pay to watch him vs Joshua in a rematch.
