Haye doesn't have to stand there and eat punches like almost all of Wlad's opponents post-Corrie Sanders either. He can move his head and use his footwork to make sure Wlad has a hard time settling into his rhythm which usually takes him a few rounds. This is, of course, if David Haye actually wants to win. Wladimir hasn't taken a decent shot since Peter landed a couple of sloppy, grazing blows on him in 2005. He deserves credit for being hard to hit these days.
It is true that Sanders stretched Wladimir out like an ironing board. But Wladimir was beating the hell out of Brewster and he was up on the cards against Purritty before getting stopped. Those two losses were very similar to Haye's loss in the Carl Thompson fight.
