I picked Fury because I think he beats all the other guys with the exception of Povetkin, whom he will probably avoid for a couple of years until Povetkin is older and loses some of his speed, or gets knocked out by someone else.
I think half 2017 Wlad will be retired. There wouldn't be an actual king right then because of the vacated belts being contested by different fighters, but I guess the consensus #1 would be Povetkin.
Wladimir is most likely retiring after claiming the WBC title. I honestly can't see him staying for more than two years.
Wladimirs schedule: Fury in September Glazkov in Januar Wilder/povetkin winner in June 16 and good bye my friends. That leaves us Joshua, Jennings, fury, wilder and the dark horse usyk.
He has incredible boxing skills, he fought and beat a lot of big HWs in the ams. I think he'll be fine.
Nothing Fury has shown has suggested that. Looks at his resume his 3 best fights are Cunningham, Chisora, and Hammer. Even Wilder has a better win at this point. Jennings has better wins also.
Why do I get sense that Fury would......... is the present version of Haye would............... :rofl
