You guys better watch out for the Greedy One a.k.a. Golden Boy. I saw this morning he's already got a hold of Haye.

I bet Joe C. will get something going over there.

I think Haye has made a good move signing with GBP, certainly better than going to Sports Network.

Sports Network have a master and servant relationship with fighters, which in my opinion is wrong, whilst Golden Boy actually promote their fighters.

I think Hatton will be big - he will certainly have the edge over Frank Warren in terms of recruitment, as he would be able to recount details of his relationship (or lack thereof) with Frank, and get fighters in that way.

It will basically be Golden Boy Promotions European branch - they are looking to crack the European market and already have an informal arrangement with Mick Hennessy, though I expect that to fall by the wayside once Hatton goes into business.

No possible way of knowing. But why the **** would Calzaghe or Hatton be the next big promoters?

Whoever inherits Sports Network will be the next big thing. But Franky has a good few years left.

Frank does have a few decent years left, but with Hatton having a tie to GBP I am sure that all he needs is a decent name or two to sign with him and you will see him elevate.

Whether he will 'succeed' Frank is too early to say, but I am sure he will be less of a 'master and servant' merchant than Warren, which is more likely to make him popular with bigger names, as opposed to the likes of Nicky Cook and Alex Arthur, who need a WBO meal ticket much more.
