Them 2 have been by far the best UK fighters in recent years. who after Froch retires will become great fighters, and lead the pack for the UK for me it's Carl Frampton- elite talent Andrew Selby and Anthony Fowler look like they are gonna be special when they turn pro. then theres Scott Quigg, George Groves, Martin Murray, Luke Campbell, Kell Brook, Billy Joe Saunders, Frankie Gavin, Callum Smith, etc maybe one or two of them will become greats
Being the next Calzaghe, Froch is not a good thing. They are both overrated as hell with weak resumes. All of Froch's big wins are either against guys who are green (Pascal), one hit wonders (Taylor), overrated padded record bums (Abraham, Bute), past their prime (Johnson) and gifts (Dirrell, Groves). The fact that Andre Ward is number 2 p4p after beating most of these guys only shows how weak boxing is today. then Calzaghe - the best competition he ever fought was a 43 year old man who actually beat him but got robbed by the judges. Calzaghe never once fought a LEGIT opponent other than 43 year old Hopkins who he should have lost to but got a gift instead.
I see you are too blind and ignorant to handle the truth. You will always remain a blind sheep that follows the herd
There's two Irish kids, Jason Quigley who is apparently turning pro with golden boy in the next few weeks. The other one would be Joe ward, still an amateur, but he'd suit the pro ranks down to the ground. He is a gypsy though, so how good his work ethic is for the pro game I don't know
Callum Smith, Elite level talent future p4p fighter i think. Carl Frampton clearly world class ability and a likely big fight with LSC in the near future which i think he will win, Outside of Rigo he can beat every SBW in the world. Calzaghe was rare very rare he is one of the GOAT British fighters in my top 5 the man is the greatest SMW ever and also beat Ledgend BHOP at LHW we won't see a British fighter as good for years to come he was very special indeed.
