After Arreola fought to a very lackluster draw, I think we can assume he is no longer a viable opponent.

Who is out there, that is available and is worthy of the fight?

Don't know. Briggs? Look for Browne again?

He should fight Povetkin straight away. Then Klitschko on early 2016.

One thing we can ALL agree on is that Wilder will win no matter who is put in front of him.

Might as well take on Povetkin make some money. Cancel that date and return in November.

After that performance we can assume that Arreola will be towards the top of the list of potential Wilder opponents.

Finnish HW Janne Katajisto 16-2-1 last time Lost to Duhauppas By KO 7.But Duhauppas is actually rated top 15 By wbc?and would be too hard match for Deontay "TBE ducker" Wilder.so give Janne his well earned titleshot

    Deontay wilder
    1. Alexander Povetkin
    2. Anthony Joshua
    3. Vyacheslav Glazkov
    4. Bermane Stiverne
    5. Bryant Jennings
    6. Lucas Browne
    7. Artur Szpilka
    8. Andy Ruiz
    9. Carlos Takam
    10. Tony Thompson
    11. Chris Arreola
    12. Johann Duhaupas
    13. Mike Perez
    14. Kyotaro Fujimoto
    15. Eric Molina

That is the WBC top 15. Wilder would have to fight someone on this list to retain his belt in the next match.

You can rule out Molina and Stiverne.
Glazkov already has his next fight scheduled and is Wlad's mando which is a more lucrative match so you can rule him out.
Mike Perez was just ko'd he's out.
Arreola just looked terrible and received a gift draw and is 2-2-1 in last 5 he's out.

Wilder vs Mike Perez: IS ON. After that lackluster performance overseas, I wouldn't put it past them to make this happen. Perez has not been the same since that tragic incident with Magomed Abdusalamov.

I don't see how. But nothing surprises me when it comes to Wilder's career. 2-2-1 in last five fights should be 2-3 and Arreola himself said he doesn't deserve the match. Would love to see how Haymon and Wilder sell this or should I say spin it if they choose Arreola.
