Povetkin ... he's weird ... he has a high workrate ... and has show a decent chin along with deceptive speed.

He's has an ugly style ... but damn he's good ...

This is the correct answer(although you did spell neither incorrectly). Neither one of these guys will ever become a bona fide champion. If I had to pick one of them, I would say Povetkin.

What? Neither of them will win a full WBA, WBC, IBF or WBO belt EVER?

Bona fide to me suggests undisputed, or at leat number 1 in the divison clearly.

Neither of these fighters will reach that level, although Povetkin is more talented.

I picked Povetkin, but honestly, neither will be bonafide champs.

They might pick up a leftover belt someday though.

Honestly, other than Wlad, there is no bonafide HW champs.

If Diaconu beats Dawson or Johnson, he'd be a legit world champ, right?

He'll have a chance in three months or so.

Povetkin will have a chance by the end of the year, when he fights Wlad, right?

If Dawson drops the belt, Diaconu would have to beat Johnson - his mandatory - to be bona fide.

Yes, I remember. I was hesitant to say something. I'll stick to our agreement in the future.
