More predictions for a bit of fun. Who do you think will have a good 2015 after a sub-par 2014? Maybe a fighter to bounce back from a loss or regain a title or rediscover their best form or earn big fights? Andy Lee would have been a great pick this time last year for example. Or maybe Amir Khan. Who will it be in 2015? For me: Ioka - should bounce back from his defeat in 2014 and become a better fighter for the experience. Andre Ward - his situation looks grim after a year of inactivity but surely we will see him back in the ring this year, a comeback fight first before a bigger one in late 2015 perhaps. Will think of more later.
One fight changes everything. I am curious about Berto and Ortiz. Maidana has something to prove. Gabriel Rosado. Dude has 9 losses and looks like a bum on paper but hes doing really well outside the ring. Will he hang them up?
Ward doesn't count in my opinion. He's already the second best pound for pound fighter in the world and undisputed king of super middle. I'd love for Donaire to give one last crack at the top. I would love if Bernard fought two good fights to finish his career. Same with Sergio. I think it could be a big year for Shawn Porter as well
Chad Dawson, there is no legit reason "physically" why he cant still be a top 5 LHW. I cant count Ward because he has nothing to bounce back to, active or not the throne is still his. . I can see Mares having a good bounce back year as well, at the right weight
