    Because it will be Haye's first REAL fight at HW................Tomaz Bonehead doesn't count for anything significant.

    That was kind of funny. But here is the thing. If he fights Golota and beat him, people will say that Golota is 40 years old and that is what you are suppose to do. But Golota right now is more dangerous than the second coming of George Foreman that won the title back in 1994. They are both slower footed, but Golota has better skills, better handspeed, and comparable power.

    Povetkin should be too quick for Golota now. But the old veteran might be able to show the kid something he didn't expect.

    An Ideal Start Would Be Matt Skelton, Tough , Durable With Average Skills But Very Determined, He Will Give A Haye A Good Workout And May Possibly Win Too!!!!

    OK, Haye eventually will get KTFO but it will be a refreshing and fun to see this exciting guy move up and try to knock people out and shakeup the boring heavyweights.

    If Briggs couldn't catch Ibragamov, then he certainly couldn't catch Haye. Briggs can't deal with anyone other than a stationary target.

    WAs hoping for Rahman wuld be a good name to launch himself a bit

    There are plent name finge contenders he can look good against though. I like the sound of Shannon Briggs, he is not top 10 really but a good gate keeper, a good showing against a former champ that people recognise would be good for him.

    Its smart to aim for the fringe level American fighters, ths will keep the tv companys on board before moving onto the sterner eastern european tests. but Chagaev, Peter and Wlad ae all very very beatable.

    The current Golota has comparable power to a 1994 George Foreman? :lol: What do you think would happen if a 1994 Foreman landed ONE flush shot on Mollo? Come on..

    Well, that version of Foreman couldn't stop Crawford Grimsely who makes Mike Mollo look like Mike Tyson.
