Who will Derevyanchenko face now

Derevyanchenko & Jacobs have the same trainer, Charlo is going the WBC and is now GGG's mandatory, Andrade has been chasing a big fight so i'd assume it's him

 

It won't be Jacobs since they are both trained by Andre Rozier. Charlo will likely go the WBC route, so it looks like we will see a Derevyanchenko vs Andrade bout.

 

They were supposed to fight on the Saunders vs Lemieux card.

 

And Andre Rozier is a play uncle to Andrade, LOL. This is quite an interesting triangle.

P.S. By the way, what is a play uncle?

 

Charlo is the best choice, but will he be willing?

If not, it will likely be a lesser-known boxer from the IBF rankings. Surely someone will want the world title opportunity.

 

I have no idea tbh, ive never heard it, but id venture a guess at it being similar to when you have a close family friend or a friend for life and you just refer to them as your cousin for no apparent reason

I suppose Murray could end up with a title shot coz I cant see Langford taking it on the back of a British Title loss
