Boxing is full of politics and mind-games. Merchant won't be calling the fight by agreement as it might put Mayweather off or cause upset. With that in mind Cotto would do well to have him in his corner.

Roy Jones Jr. sucks as a commentator. Doesn't matter how old Larry is, he is and will always be a better commentator than RJJ.

I think it's gonna be Kellerman, Lampley and Steward. I heard rumors that HBO has an agreement with Haymon that Merchant won't be calling this fight.

 

I wanted Roy Jonez!!!! He's a better expert on Floyd's style than Steward. Who's to say Steward won't be biased about his former pupil's str8 up and down no special effects style

 

I doubt he will. He's too focused on preparing for his own fight.
