I think he screwed himself over with that UFC crapfest he put on. If he would have won he would have been able to line up a bigger fight but now anyone who fights him is in a lose lose situation. If you beat him you defeated the washed up boxer who couldn't make it in UFC if you lose you lost to the washed up boxer who couldn't make it in UFC. Toney will probably be a glorified journeyman feed to prospects or taking on other guys past their prime.

Toney is The Real Champ and at least he is a decent role model.

How bout Adamek v Toney. Toney knows how to sell a fight which could generate some interest and put a name on his resume. However, after the UFC debacle not sure if his marketing draw (which really only peaked for UFC 118 ) would carry on. Wouldn't do much to prepare him for one of the Klits tho.

Alternatively he should look overseas for bigger pay days*.
    Tua in New Zealand
    Haye in England
    Mormeck in France
    Leapai in Australia

*In other words he has become a circus sideshow freak

He should try to get some significant wins. Losing by first round stoppage in MMA doesn't qualify him for anything.
