I doubt he pays his fighters any more than he paid his opponents. They'll probably have to pay him for the honor and prestige of signing with TMT. Meanwhile, Roc Nation will pay some unproven prospect 20 million as a signing bonus, struggle to get him fights, and he'll wind up fighting bums on BET. Arum will snatch up another Lomachenko or Rigondeaux type who's a little long in the tooth but already has several gold medals and is a sure thing. Oscar will wander the streets of Rio in fishnets but somehow manage to find the greatest unknown prospect of them all when he breaks a heel and stumbles into a half feral wolf boy eating out of garbage cans and robbing people for loose change.
