    I got a question. If Cotto vacates his belt because he doesn't wanna fight GGG and then apparently, the next best fighter, the no.2 Heiland should fight GGG, right? But what if the no.2 doesn't wanna fight? Then what?

    And what happens to the belt if its vacated and nobody fights GGG? The belt just goes in purgatory or something lol?
