Who Will Give Mayweather The Tougher Fight: Pacquiao or Cotto?

Pacquiao. Zero question about it. The southpaw stance, the angles, ect.

 

Manny Pacquiao, he's just more complex than Cotto. He's a southpaw, throws a lot of punches, has great stamina, has a hard rythm to break, good pop on his punches, he will probably have a better plan and would stick to it, and who can forget his speed.

 

Pacquiao. He is faster and more skilled. Also a Pacquiao/Mayweather bout is likely to take place closer to 140 than 147 which will favor Pacquiao while a match up of Mayweather and Cotto will take place at 147, a weight in which Mayweather is more comfortable at.

 

PBF's straight right would be to much for the southpaw Pac, even though he has improved his head movement and footwork, his defense cannot be improved to the degree it would take to avoid the straight right from Floyd. Cotto at least would have a significant enough size advantage to bully Mayweather. Either way he still looses(Cotto I mean).

Neither, both guys are tailor made for Mayweather ... they both come forward, both have limited boxing skills, and neither can adjust to Mayweather's style at any point of the fight.

This comes down to the term: "Thinking mans game" ... Mayweather has seen their styles before, he can adjust to whatever problem he has at the mid point and the championship rounds ... and Mayweather has a more equipped arsenal than both fighters.

He stops both of them !!

None, Floyd will not fight either on his comeback.
But if I had to choose one, I'd say Cotto.
