Not fair really as there 4 years apart due to Olympic cycle.. I think Ward is exceptional elite level, I think Chunky and Frankie both have the ability to get there but it takes time an a lot of hard work..
Very recently, Rigondeaux, in only 8 fights. Saul Alvarez beat current world champion Miguez Vazquez in his third fight. DeGale still has to beat Groves also. Assuming he does beat Groves, they are two very good wins.
I think Ward will be p4p number 1 in a few years so Id have to say him. But De Gale is also a fantastic talent and I think could be the best British fighter since Lewis.
Agree with the Rigo thing, he's had so much experience in the ams he had to be moved along that quickly. So what if he was making his debut? It was Alvarez' third fight. Alvarez also rematched him when he was more experienced and beat him again. Not many people know that.
****ing hell. Stop with the over-hype. This is the exact reason Amir Khan became hated, and the same is happening to DeFail.
