Charisma is a plus when you're taking big fights. No one outside the UK is interested in seeing Haye fight another old me. A bout against Holy would not make it to HBO. A bout against Hopkins would be a stretch. His best chance to expose the would to this charisma that you seem so enamored of is to fight a top fighter--Adamek, Povetkin, even Chambers. Not an old retread.

Basically. Haye desperetly needs a quality top opponent to give his HW campaign credibility because he has so little. To date, his best HW fight is against a faded Ruiz and that's just not good enough.

Tua please im a kiwi and even though I think Tua is shot at least he has a punchers chance of taking the title from Haye.....and realisticallt Tua has 0.1% chance against a KLit

Gaye might wait a little bit for Harrison to recover or fight Hopkins. I cannot write off Kali Meehan as well. I really do not care. It will not be a good fight anyway.

Povetkin does not deserve the fight.Id like to see Adamek but it will probably be someone like Briggs.

He shouldn't be fighting anyone but the Klitschkos. That's who he called out, that's who he insulted. To give them all that **** then walk away will always be a disgrace whoever he fights from now on.
I am a fan of his boxing and have had the odd chat with him online but I will not bend over and continue to take it up the rear end.

All that **** he gave Wlad on the esculator about giving him his shot. He just wanted a belt - not a piece of Wlad.

I think this could be it, I have spoken to Haye at the Hopkins Vs Calzaghe fight and he said he wanted to fight in Vegas.

Don't know if it will be Hopkins but being that Haye is with Goldenboy and this will give him good exposure in the US, I don't see this as being a no win situation for him as if he does take Hopkins out, which surely he will at this stage in his career I see it only making Haye look good.

I don't like the fight but for money and promotion it makes sense. Both can sell a fight and casual fans will lap it up.

A sly stoppage of Povetkin would be a slap in the face for Klitschko in reality.. The have been threatening to beat Povetkin forever, and Haye giving Povetkin a loss would be a small sorepoint and privately hurt them pride wise..

    Uh no.

Threatening to beat Povetkin?? Umm, the consensus is that Klitschko would beat Povetkin rather handily, there's no need for threats. Also Povetkin was a mandatory for 2+ years, Klitschko never selected him as an opponent. Someone else beating Povetkin would be insignificant to Klitschko, the world knows Povetkin/Atlas pussied out of the fight.

I wouldn't be so quick to think Haye would stop Povetkin anyway. They both have lousy defense, but Povetkin has far better technical skills, combo punching ability and balance.....and an olympic gold medal. He hasn't been down as a pro either, though he hasn't faced any serious power....but I give him the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise. Haye however folds under jabs and power shots from former super middleweights.

Why is Haye **** blocking every conversation right now? The guy is obviously cherry picking.

I really like him. I feel let down right now.

Rahman, Holyfield, Tua or Harrison.... Someone like that, with a "name" but well past their prime. Don't forget, that dickhead Haye is a smart businessman now, not a boxer. I don't remember such a disgraceful, vain and condescending HW fighter as David Haye...
