there was back then in early 2010. but floyd's antics and ever changing demands had forced people and even some of his fans to see that floyd is not much interested in making this fight more than anyone else.

Right now most people blame Mayweather for the fight not happening as everyone loves Pacman. However History is meant to be unbiased looking at facts rather than the emotive.Lets not forget that in 50 years these tests will be cheap and drug testing should be universal in sports including boxing. Its sad to say but when it comes to drug testing Mayweather will be considered a pioneer whilst Pacman will be known as the boxer who refused the test.
