    Floyd "retired" every time the demand to fight someone became too high... hence Margarito fiasco. :deal

    You don't need to wait for 50 years about advancement in drug testing. Someone already posted an article which states that all the PEDs can now be detected by just urine testing. Imagine how non invasive that is. Pac will have no problem donating as much urine as possible and Floyd will have no problem about PEDs.

    As for the question, it is obvious that Floyd is to be blamed for not having the urge to fight.
