I didn't mean what I said by the way, it was just banter.

And yes, I know it's Bucharest! :good

By the way, did you know that Budapest is two separate cities which grew so big that they joined together and formed one city divided by the river? The one was called Buda and the other was called Pest.

I bet you already knew that.

There'll always be detractors. Any of the winners from the LHW fights coming up will improve Joe's resume/legacy/blah.

Personally if he shows no sign of slowing he should rack up as many names as he can, realistically though he has 2 fights, maybe 3 at most.

I think Kelly Pavlik and Clinton Woods are the two fights he'll retire on. Id favour him to unify the 175 titles though.

Being undispuited/linear champ at 2 weights is a rarity in boxing today.

After Hopkins though, Kelly Pavlik makes the most sense, young American, exciting style, plenty of fans and undisputed 160 champ, it ticks all the boxes.

Joe claims he wants to fight Pavlik. In fact he's made this claim numerous times. If Bhop doesn't send Joe into retirement, Joe will keep calling Pavlik out. The problem here is that Kelly has made it clear, NUMEROUS TIMES, he wants to unify the titles at 160. Joe continously talking about Kelly Pavlik is just a lot of sound and fury signifyng nothing. Calzaghe is in the twilight of his career, and having failed to build any real legacy, feels like he needs Pavlik. Kelly Pavlik, on the other hand, is riding high on a wave of popularity and success. At 25 years of age, he hasn't even hit his real prime yet, and doesn't need Slappy Joe. If Joe can't make 160, which he can't, he ought to shut the **** up. Kelly beat the man twice who beat a better BHop than Joe will face, twice; end of story.

I'm not sure if I can see Joe risking everything in his last fight and in front of a home crowd.

Put the shoe on the other foot. What if Kelly started calling Cotto out in every ****ing interview he does? How much **** would he get for that? And yet Joe gets a ****ing pass for constantly talking trash about a guy 2 divisions below him!

Outside, way outside chance, Pavlik would do it for Joe's 168 belts. But I doubt it. Now there is a thread with Don King calling out Pavlik for Mayorga. Boxingrec has him listed as LH. And the beat goes on. Will Pavlik be criticized for defending his belts now instead of facing guys from higher weights. Geezzzzzzz.....
