Pavlik IS the best option tho.. and might give us more information on what Bute is made of... Kessler is actually best choice.. my fault..... then Stieglitz after Pavlik
I dont know where you come from, but for a fighter wanting to be known in the U.S., taking somebody like a Pavlik even if not at his best right now is a good move. Some may have the opinion he is a tomato can (wich I dont agree) but even if he is not a top5, he is a good fighter, may test Bute and as I already said it will give him exposure in the States. So since you didnt give me that choice in your poll and I dont think he is a tomato can, I choose a top 5, even if I know that Pavlik is not a top 5 at 168 at this time.
Says he tried to get Kessler so that's a great sign he's starting to actually fight proper competition
I dont get the Bute hate. When you considerthe super 6 have bee going on for the las yar and a half, taking up about 8 of the worlds best, hes actually fought decent opposition. Outside of the guys ivolved in the super 6(including greene and Johnson), hes fought basically the next best there is. The uninformed wail and nash their teeth, but the likes of Magee, Brinkley,Mendy were all top 10/15 fighters. Hes already beaten Bika, another guy who would be considered up near the top 10. Same with Andrade. In other words, the nxt best after the super 6.( 8 ) Taking away the 8 fighters that fought in th supr 6 tourney, who would you have had him fight over the past year and half???
