He was clearly going to find it tough to find opposition when he did not fit in the super six.

That shouldnt stop him fighting the best fighters around his weight class.

Other fighters have done it , it is what people remember.

 

I'm guessing Bute will retire Pavlik. Then get schooled by Ward.

 

The higher risky fights I see Bute taking are Pavlik, Johnson or Kessler, but only if they agree to fight in Montreal.

 

Pavlik will KO this guy..mark my words..

 

You guys aren't happy with Pavlik ? Who the hell do you want him to fight ? Groves or Degale ? Kessler will fight Stieglitz instead. You'd prefer Johnson ?

Everybody knows the answer to your question. Kessler has refused an offer from Bute's camp. Pavlik or Johnson were the best options after him. The Ward-Froch winner is targeted for early 2012.

 

Johnson would have been a good choice too because we could compare with what Froch did against him. Pavlik is a much bigger name in USA though.

 

What top 5 contender could he fight at 168, that would actually fight him this fall?

Kessler refused because he was offered bull**** terms.

Kessler is not Jesse ****ing Brinkley.

Bute will not get either Froch or Ward with a similar offer.
