Probably a rematch with Brinkley or something along those lines.

Dirrell or Johnson perhaps? If not, the winner of Froch/Ward should be ready by early next year, and Bute could take a tune up between. TBH......i don"t care which fighter he faces coming out of the super 6. He destroys either one, and while I'd rather see him destroy Ward, I'm taking FROCH to beat Ward, so in that case, I"D RATHER SEE HIM FIGHT THE LOSER. SORRY CAPS IS STUCK:rofl

Expect 'SimplytheBest' to come up with a hate post towards Bute within the next minutes ....

And BTW if you ask me, I think he'll fight Glen Johnson

Johnson. He'll take on anyone anywhere anytime. Finally Bute will have a worthy challenger in front of him.

Its NOT going to be Ward or Froch , they've yet to fight each other and Bute aint gonna wait for 1 to recover from the fight to pick up a fight with them w/o getting a fight in himself.

I doubt he'll take a break that long. Its going to be a quick low B-caliber safe fight, whoever it is....

Johnson or Bika II are the best available/seemingly willing candidates for November...

Then again it more likely will be someone like Aaron Pryor Jr, Alfonso Lopez, or Winky Wright.

Add Andre Dirrell to that list!

A fight with Dirrell would generate more excitement than anyone other than Ward/Froch. Glenn Johnson is a gusty warrior but I don't think anyone expects him to do any better against Bute than he did with Froch or Dawson (the 2nd fight), just a one sided fight. Glenn's getting old and that's alot of weight for him to cut.

I find Froch way more entertaining than Ward, but I think Ward will beat Froch pretty convincingly.

I'd prefer Dirrell. Him aside, Kessler would be a very good shout. Even a Glen Johnson would be the biggest name on his resume. He could always fight Pascal at a catchweight

Hopefully Kessler. If they had offered him 3M he'd be all over it

I'm not sure a Johnson-Bute fight would happen. They're actually friends and sparred close to 80 rounds together in a camp not long ago.
