Who will make the Eddie Hearn's 30 man roster?

He only needs to sign a couple of big names and it makes signing other people much easier, If other fighters saw the likes of spence, garcia and wilder sign up they would think dam if those guy's have gone with him it must be a good idea, Hearn may be willing to overpay a few big names for this very reason as it would make other guy's more likely to get on board.
