If I was Floyd I would go to 154 to whoop the very flawed Sergio Martinez. Then when I fight emmanuel next year I would push for having the fight at 154 where we both last fought.

He'll fight next year against emmanuel dapidran at 147 though.

it has to happen next year i believe floyd may hang around in the shadows of retirement until he sees another great opportunity to cash in then "come back" but wether its reflexes or he just mentaly falls apart its not far away

Sergio Martinez or Paul Williams, less than this he can go on another vacation.

Floyd wants no part of Williams. Not that he couldn't beat him, but the risk to reward ratio is way off. Martinez as well, imo. If Floyd's going to take on someone before Pac it's going to be a low-risk opponent - likely a JWW.

What do you see in Martinez that makes him an easier fight than emmanuel? Most people see it the other way.

To answer your question I simply wasn't effective by the post fight highs everyone else was. Sergio is good but against Floyd who has better footwork and better precision would pick Sergio off all night. Plus Sergio tires badly by the end of fights. Plus he keeps his hands too his sides. Floyd would catch him with straight rights, left hooks very easily also considering Sergio like Pacquiao doesn't really jab. He likes to throw a lead right hook from his waist. Manny throws his with his hands up. Sergio is just another boogey man. Im sure Larry will say his name after Floyd squashes Emmanuel.

Nope, he gives up the middle rounds and comes on stronger at the end.
