    Why wouldn't it affect him wouldn't it mean a year ban from the positive test? Retroactively making it a NC?

    No... skills do matter. Povetkin is getting old, but today he can knock out Wilder, And Joshua. Fury might probably beat him though. Size is a factor but if you are less skilled you arent beating someone the caliber of Povetkin. Ortiz vs POVETKIN is a good match, Povetkin outpoints him. Povetkin is elite, I only see Wlad or Fury outpointing him, maybe in 3 years time when Povetkin becomes washed up can he lose to Joshua. Wilder is a ko waiting to happen.

    The fight was in November. The test was in Feb-March. No ex post facto.
