Another C- level cap driver in Canada? Or will they actually take a risk with the first defense?

Dirrell would be interesting. But he is not a draw.

He won't fight Bellew too big a risk/ little reward.

He will fight a bum then fight the winner of Pascal/ Bute or Bernard Hopkins.

There are about 15 fighters right now from 168-175 that I would love for him to fight and I would consider them beyond legit title defenses if he fought any of them.

    I see things similarly.

He has a lot of options, and his explosive KO helped make the entire 68-75 landscape even more interesting.

Yeah. LHW's a tight division at the moment, a lot of good guys around the same level, some punchers, some boxers - a lot of good fights to be made.

Personally I like Kovalev and depending on the White fight tomorrow, I think Kovalev-Stevenson would be tasty.

I think the Kov-White winner gets Bhop as a mandatory and with Bute-Pascal in Dec, looks like Bellew's the obvious candidate for Stevenson next.

:roll:What has Bellew accomplished to make Stevenson travel? Give me an example of an undisputed champion traveling to his mandatory's backyard for a fight.

Well, the WBC has loosened it's requirements regarding mandatory defenses so it'll be either Bellew or Vegas. He has no desire to fight his countrymen and Kovalev makes no sense.

i dont think he will ever fight jean pascal it would be a stupid move from his promoter...they are in the same team it would be a lose-lose situation for Yvon michel.no matter who win he would lose something :(
