Not from what he's saying. Listen to the interviews. Canelo is saying things like they'd consider fighting GGG "IF it's mandated". Sounds a lot like he doesn't want the fight. Canelo will avoid GGG for years because otherwise he'd be KO'd hurting Golden Boy's big earner and they know it. Canelo, despite a slight reach and weight advantage would be tailor made for Golovkin.

Explain exactly how Golovkin ducked someone three times who is a) not in his division and b) never once initiated any negotiations for a fight with Golovkin. If someone is serious about making a fight, they make offers to promotional outfits or contact managers, not engage in social media PR or interviews mentioning Golovkin's name to get their own name in the media. Anyone can say they want a fight but actually wanting a fight is only proven with actions and offers.

If Canelo wins, he will fight GGG, maybe not in his next fight, but he will. Canelo's got too much pride.

Depending on how long it'll take before the winner starts looking towards the next match. I say they take a good hard look at Mayweather 1st which would be the biggest and best fight to be made.

If that doesn't pan out the winner probably takes GGG next or a stay busy fight before a huge matchup in the summer.
I think Alvarez beats Cotto then either a)loses to Mayweather in Apr/May, takes a stay busy fight then beats GGG in the fall or b) fights/beats GGG next followed by 1/2 easy fights to end the year.

I'm expecting the fight to be so competitive that a rematch becomes necessary and highly demanded. If not, then it's retirement for Cotto if he wins or loses and I expect Alvarez to fight someone else entirely if he wins.

Again, I wouldn't be too mad at them fighting Floyd for 50, the money and opportunity makes sense and you would not get the **** beaten out of you, they'd most likely get beat too and avoid GGG again, then Mayweather would be fair game for fighting GGG this time.

Sulaiman just said yesterday that if Cotto/Canelo rematch, they will be stripped and the belt will go to Golovkin.

The interview I saw was at one of the press conferences: Golovkin-Lemiuex or Cotto-Canelo. He was tap dancing all around the question and was basically saying they'd deal with a rematch if it came.
