After Wilder stops Breazeale next Saturday to go 41-0-1 (40 KO), who will he fight next? Rocky Marciano's record is in sight, just 8 more wins needed after that to match it.

Marciano's record is 49 wins in a row, tied by Nielsen... it's not in sight, it's no longer there for Wilder.
He might get a secondary record like number of fights without a loss, or a retirement record, but the main record is no longer there for him.
edit: He doesn't even hold the Alabama record, which is 41 wins in a row by the legendary Don Steele, all by KO (also the HW KO in a row record).

If he beats Brea, probably will, there's a the Ortiz rematch for him I guess.

They will wheel out old man Ortiz and @Dubblechin will cream his size 50 pants.

Now with Wilder its interesting I watch all his bouts for a reason He is a mega hitter who can knock you out with any punch at any time and not scared to let them go,,, But he is also vulnerable he could be knocked out at any time due to his limit ablities! Very fun fighter to watch! I'm a fan of him in the ring not of the junk he says outside of the ring!

He'll probably fight Charles Martin and Wilder fans will claim AJ fought him so why not?

Whereas Ortiz craps his pants most days. Just part and parcel of being ancient.

The real question is will anyone care? Going by the lack of any real buzz for his next fight I'd guess probably not too many.

Wilder is exciting, but not that good. Breazeale could KO his ass as well.

How old will Wilder be by the time of his 49th fight and how many times a year does he fight? How many times a year will he fight up till he reaches Marciano`s 49 fight mark?

Well, he is expected to fight three times this year. Which would put him at 43.

His first fight next year would be 44. Not much longer.

He should get to 50 fights when he's 36.

49-0-1. 48 knockouts. 18 title defenses. About where Larry Holmes was at the same time. With a lot more KOs.

Holmes had 48 straight wins with no draw, the records ruined for Wilder as a goal.

    49-0-1 is better than 48-2.

Depends on if you think Spinks was less of a fighter than Ortiz and Fury.

We'll see when Wilder gets to fights 49 and 50. Maybe Wilder will knock out Bivol twice instead of losing decisions to a light heavyweight, like Holmes did.
