He wont... he will fight some on one as a comeback fight after the loss. Win that then demand 80/20 of the purse to face AJ
I dont know. The impression i get from Eddie Hearn is Parker-Povetkin-Wilder all in 2018. Laugh at that if you want but im just saying because id like Wilder to face AJ next but based on what Hearn has been saying im ruling him out. So Wilder can dispose of Ortiz then either have a big chill out or get a summer fight. This beef with Brazeale has not been dealt with yet. Thats who i would like to see him face next.
After granpa Ortiz sparks out Hybrid he will be fighting C level journeymen - well no change there then.
Breazzele then Joshua. Hearn said the plan is for Joshua to face Parker , Miller then Wilder this year.
Hearn don't want none of Wilder until he absolutely has too. He didn't want none of Ortiz. He claims he wanted to unify with Parker but in reality he thinks that Parker is the easier fight. He playing it the same way Brook did with Spence. It's Hearn, not Joshua who's cautious. I think that Joshua would fight him whenever. If both are victorious(which is not guaranteed) then they should meet but it won't happen. I don't think that it will happen this year.
Joyce or Whyte in the UK Or that Wacky online Juggalo who keeps calling Wilder out. Or maybe Zelenoff II
This. Hearn is making way too much easy money on Joshua to put him in the ring with Wilder and risk him getting knocked out this year or next year. If both keep winning I see Hearn letting the fight happen in 2020 or later. By 2020 Joshua will have at least 5-6 more fights under his belt and Wilder will be 35.
I'm thinking one of these guys: Joseph Rabotte: http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/504006 Zack Page: http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/255014 Justin Novaria: http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/504006 Fine fodder for Wilder to build up his confidence after the loss.
From a marketing standpoint Wilder HAS to fight in Las Vegas. . . . .His next fight will be the winner of Lucas Browne vs Dillian Whyte and then the conversation will get serious about a Wilder vs Parker/Joshua unification match but in order to build it up to a mega status it won't happen until 2019. I would also expect that Miller or Povetkin will be on Joshua's playlist before as well.
