Who will Wilder fight instead of Fury?

Wilder uses Fury to increase his exposure, nothing else. After talks break down, Wilder will claims Fury avoided him.

He will fight Brezeale next.

 

If the fight against Fury doesn't happen, he will probably beat Breazeale to a pulp.

 

Ortiz rematch seems obvious choice. The PR campaign to turn Ortiz into greatest heavyweight of all time is in full effect.

WBC have given Wilder permission to make a voluntary defence so nothing to stop the rematch and they can save the mysterious mandatory against Breazeale for next year.

 

in my opinion they should make Wilder Vs Breazeale for Nov/Dec and have Fury fighting on the same bill.

And make the Wilder Fury fight for April/May next year.

It may well be a better fight because Fury will be a little more prepared and people will believe he is and more likely to buy in to it, they can build it better with pressers here in the UK and in the US and take a long run up with the promotion and sell it properly.

I don't see the need to rush this, Breazeale is apparently lined up already and Fury has Pianeta and unless he looks sensational will probably will need another fight.

Oscar Rivas. Wilder doesnt fight anyone, the entire heavyweight division is ducking him. Ortiz was his once in a career 'take a risk' fight, now its time to sit back, hold his belt hostage, and wait for that cashout payday.

No, Wilder obviously will tamper with the test results in order to duck the fight like he did with Povetkin and Ortiz.
