How will Khan handle punches at light welterweight? He was knocked down by Limmond and badly shaken by a blown up superfeather who is not a big power puncher, Michael Gomez. So even if Kotelnik lacks huge power you have to ask yourself, does he need it against Khan? I will say either Khan UD or Kotelnik by TKO. I can't see Khan stopping Kotelnik nor can I see Kotelnik out boxing Khan.
khan will start hot, hes gonna look good and win the first few rounds then at some point kotelnik is going to land something and khan's legs will start quivering and he'll get frazzled and forget everything roach has taught him and he's going to start swinging wildly and kotelnik is going to nail him with some combination and floor him... hes gonna struggle to his feet and kotelnik will finish it
Khan on a controversial decision, Kotelnik has next to no chance of winning on points unless he wins 9 clear rounds.
I would like to see Amir win to gather back some kind of "credibility"but i think Kotelnik will be too strong for him...Kotelnik tko9
Unfortunately, im gonna have to go with Amir Khan. I would love to see Kotelnik win but I think Khans skills are superior and he cruises to a WIDE UD
If the chemistry between Roach and Khan is as good as we're anticipating, then yes I too believe Khan will win by UD.
I've been going back and forth on this but I've come to the conclusion that after a dominant start for Khan the proven champion will get to him in the later rounds. Kotelnik KO 8/9.
