Beg to differ there mate. A good British fighter with the chance to win the Lonsdale belt outright and the Euro strap (granted, not a Euro level opponent but that isn't Murray's fault).

Plus Murray has been inactive for I think over 7 months now through no fault of his own, not a bad fight to get back into it and hopefully we will see a lot more of Juhn Murray in the next year. :good

 

Not every fight has to be at "world level" to be either enjoyable or meaningful to the participants

 

Surely it's only 'meaningless' if it goes as you expect and it's comfortable for Murray?

 

But with Murray being a 1/16 favourite, it does seem meaningless.

 

Pointless maybe, but not meaningless to the fighters. Besides, the way that Murray blows hot and cold, very cold sometimes when he isn't "motivated" then a punt on Buckland might be in order.

 

I think Buckland will outwork him but gone safe and vcash on Murray.
