Late to the party.

 

Finally May 18th will mark the end of the Lucas dicksucking brigade. It really got bad after beating Mike Dallas Jr. Peterson will derail that train.

Too SLICK, TOO BLACK, TOO good.

 

Man Lamont has shown new sides to his game like defense and his natural calmness can help him even more. He's like a poor man's version of Bradley, but if he keeps improving both his boxing AND his pressure fighting I wouldn't be surprised if he could avenge those losses to Ortiz and Bradley. He does fight in one gear like Margarito did, but he won't get tired. Lucas is a veast himself and I think improving himself no way did he lose to Zab or especially Devon, but it just depends what gameplan Lamont brings and if he can execute it. If Lamont boxes and finds a way to neutralize Lucas power he can win. Lucas is a beast in the true sense of the word tho.

 

Incredible match up from GBP. I'll have to think a bit to figure out how the fight will play out.
Props to both Peterson and Mathysse for making this fight without any struggles.

Matthysse knocks PEDerson the **** out.

Khan and even Bradley put his ass down. He's never been tough to hit. If he comes forward and tries to go to the body against Lucas, he's leaving himself wide open for the overhand right.

Matthysse's power & chin + Matthysse's style + PEDerson's style + PEDerson's not-iron chin & lack of power = PEDerson losing.
