It broke my heart to see Miranda get his ass handed too him like that....Pavlik is dope...But, I think Miranda might be able to beat him! Something wasn't right that night that he lost...Pavlik said his strategy was too force Miranda to fight going backwards. Which he did, and it worked..Do you guys think Miranda can overcome the challenges Pavlik presented to him in the first fight? Or is it a pointless rematch, in the sense that Miranda just can't Win against Pavlik? Thoughts?

This is the fight I want to see happen again..

Forget it. Pavlik backs people up. And Pav won't be at 168 anytime soon. Miranda and Taylor got lucky. The decided it would be better to face Calzaghe at 168 than Pavlik at 160 and Joe did them the favor of going up one himself.;)

pavlik will run over him again imo

  5. Pavlik will roll his ass again, that was a 1 sided beating, Miranda took , and Pavlik is on a roll, Pavlik could sign him on as a sparring partner, that's probaly the only way you will ever see KP, and Miranda in the ring again..

One interesting point with Pavlik/Miranda is that Pavlik fought with a seemingly total disregard for defense. Miranda made Abraham look like a freak from a "Fright Night" movie. Pavlik ate those same punches like they were Skittles, never backed up, and rarely even blinked. There is absolutely no need for a rematch unless Miranda has a title when Pavlik moves up, and that seems very doubtful.

Miranda has nothing new to bring to this match regardless of the weight it takes place at; he'll get beaten again in the exact same way. His only (remote) shot is landing an absolute haymaker on Pavlik's less than stellar chin and hoping he can't make the 10.

Pavlik has proved he is the better fighter, i see no real reason to have a rematch. KP would win again.

Miranda should concentrate on the 168 guys, there is some good fights for him and us, Lacy would be good, in fact although Jeff would be the underdog, id pick him to win.

I have no problem seeing a rematch but I can see Miranda getting knockout again.

At 168 i still see Pavlik taking it but i think they would trade knockdowns before.
I know your gonna say you heard this before and its not true and all that **** but Miranda did not look right going into that fight. He seemed very weight drained and his punches did not have the usual pop they always have.
Its just my opinion though. I would love a rematch at 168.

I honestly don't care who wins, I just loved the first fight and I think the 2nd fight would be 2x as good. So why not make it and why care if Miranda gets rolled again? rofl seriously its just a loss and its a rematch to a good fight.
