Difficult one, I love watching floyd but have always cheered on maidana. Everybody loves an underdog though, I just hope they give us another good fight!

Floyd. Personal feelings aside the cream should always rise to the top and Maidana's far too dirty a fighter to win fair and square.

Read between the lines on All Access which one came across as the better family man - the one who kept his kids close or the one who sent his son away crying to boarding school? The attitude displayed by Marcos at all stages seems to have little regard for anything otehr than occasional chatter about how he wants to knock Floyd out. He seems disinterested at press conferences, not particularly interested in family - not unfocused just too laid back. He doesn't seem to realise the game of chess he has entered into. This is not going to be the same fight for him and if he comes barreling in again with his head, knees and elbows he is in for a very tough night.

Didn't vote. One part of me wants Mayweather put on a masterclass, the other one wants Maidana to win, just to see what happens.

if he's got a 7 year advantage and will come in with a 20 lb advantage why does he also need special gloves? does he not have any confidence in his ability?

Depends how you define dirty. Maidana's definition of fair and square could be being able to use his own gloves. Maidana probably feels like he was cheated out of a fair fight and to box with Floyd's pillows. Maidana has to avoid throwing low blows but Floyd also uses elbows. Both can be considered 'dirty'.

When Floyd "KO'd" Ortiz many called that "dirty" or a "sucker punch". Of course Ortiz was dirty for head butting Floyd first, but two wrongs don't make a right. I also blame Cortez there also for not maintaining order. The idea that Maidana can't win fair and square is ridiculous. We all want a clean fight but sometimes big fights get chippy.

Neither. I will tune in but whoever wins wins. I get the feeling the TS just wanted to remind everyone what an insufferable fanatic he is given his posting history with this thread
